How do I find a list of properties?
Clicking in the search boxes will bring up a calendar. Select the
dates of your holiday and then click the search button. The properties that
are available will be displayed in a list ordered by the lowest priced
first.
Can I book my flight through this website?
No, however you will find a page on the website that contains links
to all the major airlines offering direct flights from the UK to Gran Canaria.
Will there be anything else to pay when I arrive?
No, the price you see on the bottom of your confirmation email is all that
you will be charged. Everything will be charged beforehand so there is nothing
more to pay.
If I want to change my mind about anything I have ordered after I
have received my confirmation email is that possible?
Yes there will be instructions on the website and in your confirmation
email that will tell you how.
What happens if I break something in the accommodation?
It will be replaced by something as close as possible and you will be charged.
What happens if I lose my key?
You will have a contact telephone number and the key will be replaced as
soon as possible but you will be charged for having a new key cut.
If I arrive late will I still be able to get the keys at the airport?
Yes there will be a member of JustGranCanaria.com waiting for you.
Will my personal information be passed on?
Only if you have booked a hire car, otherwise no, never.
Will I be able to contact the owners direct?
No. no information will be passed about you to the owner or the other way
around.
Will I have to collect any pre-ordered groceries?
No, anything that you order on-line through the website will already be in
the apartment waiting for you.
While I am making my booking can I go back and change my mind?
Yes of course just return to the previous section's and make any necessary
alterations.
What happens after I have received my confirmation email?
If you want to add to your booking there are facilities on the website for
you to do that. If you wish to remove something from your booking and require a
refund for something that has been paid for you will need to contact us by
telephone.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book to come immediately, and as far ahead as 12 months from today.
How much money will I get back if I have to cancel my booking?
There is a scale. 90% greater than 30 days before the scheduled arrival
date/50% if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the
scheduled date and if you have to cancel less than 7 days before you are due
to arrive there is no refund available.
What happens if I am bringing 7 people and the accommodation will only accommodate 4?
First check to see if there is any accommodation that will sleep the number
of people that you wish to bring with you on holiday, if not then you may need
to consider booking 2 properties. It is advisable to telephone
JustGranCanaria.com if you are bringing a large party.
How many guests can I add when I am booking?
The property details will tell what the maximum occupation is for that
property at the time of booking. The system will not allow you to make a resevation for more people than the property can accomodate..
Will I be able to change my mind about the accommodation that I have booked?
No, you need to be absolutely certain about the accommodation before you
confirm the details and the information contained in the reservation.
Can I pre book taxi's for the duration of my holiday?
No, the pre booking service that JustGranCanaria.com offers is solely for
the transfers from the airport to the accommodation and back.
