Terms & Conditions

1. Accomodation: the accommodation you rent will be as described on the website, containing all the furniture, fixtures and fittings normally required for a holiday let. It will be in a satisfactory state of repair with all its electrical appliances etc. in perfect working order. 
   
   
2. Cleaning services: the accommodation will be cleaned every other day and the laundry will be changed twice weekly. 
   
   
3. Maintenance and breakages: JustGranCanaria.com undertake to replace or repair any items of furniture or appliances which break due to ordinary wear and tear. Similarly, should the breakage occur due to negligence on the part of the tenant/holidaymaker, they will be responsible for the payment of said item. 
   
   
4. Check-in time for your accommodation will be 3pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise advised by a member of JustGranCanaria.com 
   
   
5. The accommodation must be vacated no later than 12 noon on the day of departure. 
   
   
6. Keys: you will receive the keys to your accommodation upon arrival at Las Palmas airport. Should you lose the keys during your stay, JustGranCanaria.com can provide a replacement set at your expense. On the day of departure the keys will be collected by a company representative or you will be asked to leave them inside the property.
   
   
7. Payment: full payment must be made upon making your reservation. This can be done through a secure internet payment system details of which can be found here. 
   
   
8. Our refund policy is as follows: for cancellations made more than one month prior to the scheduled arrival date, we refund 90%. If the reservation is cancelled within one month of the scheduled arrival date, we refund 50%. Should you cancel less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date there will be no refund available. 
   
   
9. Flights: the reservation of flights or other means of transport to and from the island are the sole responsibility of the individual client.  JustGranCanaria.com does not offer this service.
   
   
10. Airport transfers: unless you have requested that we arrange a taxi transfer or hire car on your behalf, JustGranCanaria.com is not responsible for your transfer to and from the airport/accommodation. 
    
    
11. Insurance: whereas all of our properties are insured, travel insurance is the responsibility of the individual client. 
    
    
12. Although every effort will be made to ensure that you receive the accommodation you have specifically requested, unfortunately it is sometimes necessary to alter said accommodation. Should this occur, we guarantee you that the alternative you receive will be in the same area, and of equal or better standard/value than the accommodation you had initially reserved. Should this not be possible a refund of the price difference will be applied. 
    
    
13. Shopping: we reserve the right to change a brand or product if the one advertised on the website is not available : the replacement brand/product will be of equal or greater value. 
    
    
14. Taxi vouchers: we can provide taxi vouchers which can be used as payment for any official taxi (not including tips) only for the journey to and from the airport. 
    
    
15. Car rental: we offer you the possibility of car rental through the company "Islacar" : the terms and conditions that apply are those of said company, available elsewhere on the website. The car can be waiting for you upon arrival at Las Palmas Airport or delivered to your accommodation. If your car rental is of less than 7 days duration the rental company applies a surcharge for having the car delivered and collected from the airport. 
    
    
16. In accordance with the data protection act in force we shall not pass on your personal details to any third party or entity without prior written consent from you with the exception of "Islacar". It is understood that, upon reserving a hire car through the website JustGranCanaria.com, permission is being granted for us to supply your details so that the service requested may be provided : "Islacar" will only receive the customer's name and accommodation address. Under all other circumstances, personal information requested by and provided to JustGranCanaria.com is for the sole use of JustGranCanaria.com.
